You Don’t Always Want More

You don’t always want more.

But sometimes it feels like that’s the reason why you can’t lose weight, or keep it off.

Sometimes it seems like if you were a person who could be satisfied with enough, especially food, you’d have one of those problems you feel like it would be fun to have, like your pants are getting too big.

The truth is you are a person who is satisfied with enough.

It’s just that sometimes, when you’ve had enough is when food comes into the picture.

Sometimes what you’re satisfied with is that you’ve had enough of feeling bad, and so you eat.

And then when the eating to feel good starts to feel bad, you stop when you don’t want any more of that.

You don’t always want more food.

In fact, when you’re not hungry, you don’t ever want more food, but it’s what you feel you can get at that time.  (What would you want, if you could get it?)

You’re not cruel enough to deny yourself food when you’ve been taught that food is love.

p.s.  You were born with a problem with eating when you weren’t hungry.  I’ve made it my business to make it your problem again.  Because once overeating is a problem for you – rather than the solution it is now – you’re on your way to that needing new pants problem.

(I can’t wait to make my apologies to you for that.  They will be profuse.  I’ll probably be hoarse.)

If you’re interested in re-creating that kind of problem for yourself, stay tuned, details on how you and I can get this done are coming soon.

If instead you want more details on making this solution a problem, and you’d rather not wait for a Formal Offer or an Official Buy Now button, you can get in touch with me here, and we’ll set up a time to chat for 30 minutes at your convenience about getting to my apologies for any wardrobe malfunctions, sooner rather than later.
