My clients are closet unemotional eaters.
It’s not their fault, it’s a genetic condition, but you can imagine how important it is to expose a problem like this– who doesn’t know that if a little eating when we’re not hungry is good, more is better?
(If you don’t know that, or if when you read that you felt what you can only truthfully describe as a reflexive and immediate recoil, your response is just one of the warning signs that you, too, are unfortunately pre-disposed to an unemotional eating problem, and that you will be engaged in a life-long struggle with yourself to be free of it.)
But do not despair.
There is hope for you – even with this condition being an inherited one – but of course the first step is realizing that you do have a problem.
You must first bring your (chronic) unemotional eating out of the closet.
You must understand the kinds of things that have been triggering you to stop eating, when you could have (admit it, even if you can’t say it out loud yet) kept going.
I understand that your unemotional eating problem might not be all that obvious to you; it’s something that’s hardly ever talked about.
Together we can change that.
If you want to find out if you have an unemotional eating problem, or if you suspect that you do have one, and you want to find out how deep-seated it is, you are invited to a free “Are You Living With Undiagnosed, Chronic Unemotional Eating?” teleconference.
By the end of the teleconference, you will know whether or not you suffer from unemotional eating. You’ll also be able to talk with other women who are struggling with the same issue, including one of my worst-case clients.
If you’re interested in attending and getting a definitive diagnosis on whether or not you are afflicted, and to what extent, please fill out the following contact form, and let me know two things so I can plan accordingly:
First, what time zone you’re in.
Next, what you find you struggle with the least when it comes to you, and food.
As long as you’re willing to expose yourself to the truth, I’ll be in touch with further details.
P.S. You’ll want to be aware that eating because you’re hungry, stopping when you’re satisfied, and weight loss is a consequence of long-term exposure to your unemotional eating side.
